4WD policy effective 15th April 2024 for new reservations:

1) Children under 03 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians in exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost, and require a signed indemnity form.

2)Families with children under 12 years are encouraged to opt for exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost for a personalized experience, though shared vehicles are available.

3) Pregnant women are advised against 4WD excursions for safety but canwith a signed indemnity form.

If you are making payment using another card holders credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with card holders signature

2) Copy of the card holders card (front and back of card with card holders signature)

3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license
